Cost: Thursday – Sunday $165. Weekend only, Friday and Saturday $140.

Enjoy a three-day weekend in beautiful Central Oregon at LaPine State Park Campground. LaPine State Park occupies a scenic spot on the trout-filled Upper Deschutes and Fall rivers. It’s 10 miles of trails afford plenty of views for sightseers and wildlife watchers, and its campground is next door to a landscape of past volcanic activity and Cascade Mountain wilderness.

Things to see include The Big Tree (500 year old Ponderosa Pine), the Newberry National Volcanic Monument, which includes the Newberry Crater, Lava Lands visitor center, Lava Cast Forest, and the Lava River cave. We are also close to the High Desert Museum, Sunriver Village (great for lunch) and the city of Bend.

Meals:
Thursday: Meet and greet at 5:30 in meeting hall. Bring a heavy appetizer to share. BYOB.
Friday: Breakfast: 8- 9:30. Pastries, fruit, yogurt, and coffee provided. Dinner: 5:00 happy hour. Bring an appetizer. Dinner at 6:00 provided by hosts. BYOB.
Saturday: Breakfast: 8- 9:30 provided by host. Coffee provided. Dinner: 5:00 happy hour. Bring an appetizer. Dinner at 6:00 provided by hosts. BYOB.
Sunday: Breakfast: 8- 9:30. Grab and go. Coffee provided.

Cancellation Policy: There are times when plans change or unexpected events arise and rally attendance must be cancelled. When this occurs you may receive a refund. The amount of the refund will be determined by the club’s expense. If, for example, you cancel enough in advance that your spot is filled from a waiting list, you would be entitled to a full refund whereas a last minute cancellation would likely result in no refund at all.
